Celebrates Pride
Pride Eucharist
The Episcopal Churches of Central Richmond will gather at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Thursday, September 12, at 6:00 p.m. for a Pride Eucharist celebrating our acceptance and affirmation of the LGBTQIA+ community. We invite you to represent St. John's Church in the Central Richmond Region.
Pride Eucharist Choir
The Pride Choir will gather the day of the service at 5:15 p.m. to rehearse The Gift of Love by Hal Hopson (SATB version). If you plan to participate, please familiarize yourself with the piece before rehearsal and, if possible, bring your own printed copy music. You are welcome to wear your most festive Pride T-Shirt. Please contact Amos Goldie with any questions.

Volunteer for VA Pride Festival Central Region Tent
The Episcopal Churches of Central Richmond have reserved tent space at this year's VA Pride Festival and need volunteers to offer an inclusive welcome on behalf of the Episcopal church in RVA. We need at least 6 volunteers for each shift and 4 additional volunteers for set-up and tear-down. Please bring a portable chair to sit in. Sign up by clicking here.
If you have a St. John's t-shirt, please wear it.
Banners representing the Episcopal Churches of Central Richmond will adorn the tent as a symbol of our united support. Each congregation can provide a processional banner (no stand needed) to signify our welcoming and affirming spaces.
