followed by coffee hour in the Parish Hall
We offer nursery care in the Parish Hall during the service.
Church Services Are in the Parish Hal
We will gather for worship services in the Parish Hall for the next few weeks while the pipe linking the boiler to the church gets repaired.
To that end, we have made the following adjustments:
ervers will neither robe nor process.
Children will join us for the entire worship service.
We will speak the parts of the liturgy that are usually sung.
Food and Fellowship spreads will be simpler to facilitate the changeover from the church service to fellowship.
At the end of each service we ask that everyone help move chairs and set up the room for Food and Fellowship.
We look forward to seeing everyone during this opportunity to build community in a new way.
Prayers at the East Altar
If you need individual healing prayers, proceed to the East Altar after receiving communion. A prayer minister will be waiting there to pray with you.
Worship in the Episcopal Church
The Book of Common Prayer states “the ministry of lay persons is to represent Christ and his Church; to bear witness to him wherever they may be; and, according to the gifts given them, to carry on Christ’s work of reconciliation in the world; and to take their place in the life, worship and governance of the Church.” As Christians, we are called to follow the way of Jesus, to come together week by week for worship; and to work, pray, and give for the spread of God’s realm of love, justice, and peace.
